Experience

  • Leading UX product design efforts in the US retail team, whilst providing leadership across the design team.

  • Led numerous research and design initiatives. One of the projects, Wondr Rooms, became a strategic focus for the business and resulted in a multi-million VC-backed seed investment.

  • Part of a product discovery unit, leading user and customer experience decisions to identify and launch new insurance products.

  • Worked with the exec team and product owner to ideate, test, and design future-facing products and tools focused on scaling and automation.

  • Making online shopping fun and affordable! Alongside designing the Cherryz native applications, I was responsible for overseeing and qualifying user experience decisions across the web.

  • Led UX research and design during the innovation and ideation phase of a commercial project focused on ‘rethinking scientific research discovery and sharing’.

    Emblzn is an online marketplace for customizable products, often referred to as "Nike iD for anything." It started with one brand and quickly expanded to 50 brands in under a year.

    Emblzn won the InnovateUK Innovation of Fashion competition, leading to partnerships with the London College of Fashion and the Centre for Fashion Enterprise. Additionally, the company was invited to China by the UK consulate for a business mission and presented to Chinese businesses.

    I was part of the founding team, involved in designing and developing a digital product for enterprise and commercial use. We pitched at trade events in China, Berlin, and London, using feedback to refine our digital product. Emblzn has successfully processed over £20,000 worth of customized products worldwide.
